At Kaftanoza, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your kaftan, jellaba, or takshita, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which they were received.
Tags Attached: All tags and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged:

Custom or personalized items
Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)
Items purchased after a promotion or discount with specific terms

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [Insert Email] with your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging or a safe, secure box. Ensure that the item(s) are in their original, unused condition. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: Kaftanoza is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue:

Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchange: If you are exchanging your item, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive the returned product. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [Kaftanoza@gmail.com] with photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please ensure that the requested size or color is available in stock. If the item is not available, you will be offered a store credit or refund.

For international orders, the same policy applies, but please be aware that:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not cover the cost of duties or taxes.
Any customs fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

Kaftanoza is not responsible for items lost during transit when shipping returns. Please ensure that you use a trackable service for your return shipment.
