Processing Time: All orders with standard sizes will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time for standard sizes is between 7 to 10 business days from the date of order shipment.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Processing Time: Customized items, such as bespoke kaftans, jellabas, or takshitas, require additional time for crafting. These orders will be processed within 3–5 business days to ensure the highest quality.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time for customized items is between 15 to 20 business days from the date of order shipment. Please note that this time frame accounts for both the creation and delivery of the customized product.
Shipping Fees: Customized orders are subject to additional processing fees, which will be calculated at checkout based on the size and design customization.
We use reliable and secure carriers to deliver your orders, and the available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
